7 – Coded my first line of programming in BASIC on SPECTRUM computer
8 – Started writing poetry and short SCI-FI stories
10 –  My father died after a long battle with cancer and other conditions
15 – I migrated from then communist Poland to Canada
16 – Got my first job in a french cafe making and baking croissants
17 – Purchased my first computer (from my own savings)
18 – Got into early acceptance for University of Toronto and started to volunteer at a Distress Centre
19 – Decided I did not want to be a CMA and would spend the rest of my life trying to understand and change human behaviour
20 – Became a Big Brother to then a 10 year old boy (through Big Brothers of Peel)
21 – Decided to learn HTML (Internet was barely born)
22 – Graduated from University of Toronto (Sociology and Psychology)
22 – Got a webmaster job for one of the largest healthcare search engines, Achoo.com
23 – Pioneered the first online accredited CME courses with McMaster Medical University and Phizer
24 – The age I got married to my best friend Natasha and got hooked on sushi
26 – My daughter Faithe was born and I started to teach at Sheridan College in evenings
27 – My son Matthew was born, started my PMI training, and .COM crash of 2000
28 – Landed my first $1 mil. RFP / project, got promoted to a Director position, and restructured a small digital agency
29 – Started to teach in George Brown School of design and bought my first house
30 – Helped out in launching the first DigiFest and Flash in the Can in Design Exchange, Toronto, Ontario
31 – Started to work on some large accounts like Nissan, Infiniti, and RBC
32 – Pioneered CRM handheld devices for Nissan @ Autoshow
33 – Got hooked on web analytics, digital strategy, and agile process
34 – Led the development of first experiential display for launch of Nissan GTR
35 – Started to work on a ton of great accounts including Unilever, Cineplex, SC Johnson, and Manulife Financial
36 – Part of team to launch the first ever Canadian social media launch of a vehicle, Nissan Cube
37 – Led Pepsi Cheer digital execution including interactive display at Hockey Hall of Fame
38 – Moved to Halifax to join the Revolve team and lead their digital business
39 – Led restructure of Revolve into an integrated agency & wrote my first book: Manager Manifesto / Evolution in the Digital World
40 – Co-chaired AIM Conference through their first ground breaking year of restarting as a non-profit & wrote my second book: Beginner’s Guide to Understanding Social-Media Crazed Teens
41 – Published book “Evolving the Agency Formula”
42 – Joined World Vision Canada as Director of Digital Transformation
43 – Wrote first book in a new sci-fi trilogy called “Metamorphosis”
